Data controller

Maksym Chmutov Derevianko, with registered address at Vilamarxant, Valencia. Email: contact@chmware.com.

What data we process, and why

• Managing your appointments: name, phone number and email address. We email you a link to confirm the booking (it is not valid until you confirm it), then the confirmation with the link to cancel it, and reminders.
• Protecting the booking form from fake bookings and abuse: we check that the email address does not belong to a disposable email service, and we limit how many appointments each email address or phone number can have pending. Your browser also completes an automatic check that uses no cookies and stores no data.
• Replying to your enquiries by phone, email or WhatsApp.

Legal basis

Providing the service you ask us for (your appointment), and the consent you give by ticking the box when you book, which you can withdraw at any time.

To protect the form: our legitimate interest in preventing fake bookings (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep your data

The details of each appointment (name, email address and phone number) are automatically anonymised 30 days after the appointment date. If you do not confirm a booking, its data is automatically deleted the day after the link expires. Anything we are required to keep by law is retained only for the periods the law sets.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. Bookings are handled on our own website: only our hosting provider processes the data, on our behalf and within the European Union.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to contact@chmware.com. If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
