Appointments and cancellations
How do I book?
Online on our website in under a minute, by phone or on WhatsApp. You can see the free slots straight away.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes. When you book, you choose who you’d like to see, or select ‘no preference’ and we’ll assign the first stylist who’s free.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Cancel your appointment using the link in your confirmation email, then book another time on our website. If you can, give us plenty of notice so that someone else can take the slot.
Colour
Why do you do a patch test?
Because any dye can cause a reaction, even without ammonia. We do it 48 hours before your first colour appointment.
How often do I need to touch up my roots?
With grey hair, every four to six weeks. With balayage, every three to four months, as the regrowth is far less noticeable.
Can I go from dark hair to blonde in one session?
It depends on your hair. At the consultation we’ll tell you how many sessions it takes, so that we don’t damage it.
Prices and payment
Why do some prices say ‘from’?
Because they depend on the length and thickness of your hair. We give you the exact price before we start.
How can I pay?
By card, cash or Bizum, at the salon once you’re finished.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, for any service or amount. We prepare it at the salon or over WhatsApp.
Brides
Do you do home visits?
Yes, on Saturdays, for brides and their guests. Travel within Valencia city costs €30.
When should I have my trial?
Between one and three months before the wedding, bringing the headpiece you’ll be wearing.
